Chocolate Porridge with Banana and Salted Caramel

- Chocolate porridge:
200 ml milk (I used almond milk)
50 g oats
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp flaxseeds, ground (optional)
- Topping:
1 ripe banana, sliced
2 tbsp almond flakes, toasted
2 tbsp salted caramel sauce
Directions
- Put milk, oats, maple syrup, cocoa powder and flaxseeds into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until thick. Stir a few times while heating. Remove from the heat and transfer porridge to a bowl.
- Toast almond flakes on a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown.
- Put banana and toasted almond flakes on the top of porridge. Drizzle with salted caramel sauce. Enjoy!
