How to make a Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte?
If you are a vegan you can easily swipe this recipe into vegan version. Simply use alternative milk of your choice instead of cow’s milk and coconut cream instead of double cream. Then make sure the salted caramel you use is also vegan-friendly.

Caramel Pumpkin Spice Latte

100 g pumpkin puree
300 ml whole milk
2 double espresso (or 100 ml strongly-brewed coffee)
2 tsp pumpkin spice (ground cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg)
200 ml double cream
1 tsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp salted caramel sauce
Directions
- Pour milk, put pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice into a pot and heat it over medium heat until hot.
- Remove from heat. Add hot coffee and mix.
- Whip double cream with powdered sugar.
- Pour hot mixture into two tall glasses, put the whipped cream on top and drizzle with caramel.
Notes
- If you like really sweet coffee, you can add 1 to 3 tsp of sugar to the hot mixture of milk and pumpkin.
- If you are a vegan, replace cow’s milk with almond milk and double cream with coconut cream.
